Can i seek your collective advice before I make a horrible mistake?
I have a number of old rather battered Bassett-Lowke ships and would like to restore them to something approaching their original condition.
Some require paint touch up, some have missing bits of superstucture, funnels, masts or gun barrels.
Or should I just leave them alone.
I'm not desperately concerned about their financial value (although my heirs may be!)
