We don't use the term 'sedan' but 'saloon'. Even that is an out of date term as most cars these days are hatchbacks of one sort or another. As for 'station wagon' - another term we don't use. 'Estate' car is the term used for these, but as with 'saloons', estate cars are a dying breed as hatchbacks and SUVs dominate the market.
