There are a number of collectors of wooden recognition models over on Paul Jacob's 1250 message board. You may find someone there who has researched former Bassett-Lowke model-makers.
It is sad that Derek Head, who in addition to his huge Bassett-Lowke collection had a large number of wooden models attributed to other makers, never produced a companion volume to his book about those also.
Someone needs to do that....
