I wonder if it's tied to BC pills.
millions of doses have been given and only 6 cases of this. the pause is because standard clot treatment for this type of clot can be deadly. so they need time to alert Drs what to look for and what alternate treatment to use if it occurs. apparently with alternate treatment, it is not deadly. kinda scary tho. glad they are taking a pause.
My son was about to give 800 doses tomorrow. that is on hold now, back to Moderna!
for homeless people, or those without phone or internet, the single dose shot was a perfect solution. perhaps they will allow it in men. pause expected to only be a few days, but we shall see.
