yes I know I was making antibodies. I have been avoiding ibuprofen. So many mixed opinions on whether it can hamper the immune response. I suppose a few doses aren't bad. I used Tylenol when the fever peaked.
My son reached 105, but didn't tell me. and he is a nurse! He knows how dangerous that was!!!!! I would have crawled thru the phone and demanded a lukewarm sponge bath for him!!!! even if only the arms. the dope stayed under warm blankets and had his partner monitor his temp. I would have torn off some of the blankets.... KIDS!!!!!!
