why we see different facts. some of it is aided by, not just social media, but also inadvertently by google's predictive technology..... when google tracks which things you pick from a search result, it tries to "help you" by predicting which answers you are looking for, putting them first. Over time, with more searches, they tighten the band of what you want for answers. It gets so narrow, that each person now gets DIFFERENT SEARCH RESULTS. so instead of getting a fair array of info, you double down on a direction you started on, until your bubble is tight, and totally different from everyone else.
