devise a plan to get it under control from the get go. Still not plan other than it will just magically disappear. No structure at all and left it up to individual states which all have a different plan of action, hence why the US is OUT OF CONTROL with cases and deaths.
He runs his businesses the same way hence why he claimed bankruptcy with so many of them. He is a horrible businessman and an even worse leader of this country.
