kept the framing that was already there. The floor and banisters cost me $4500, and the labor was another $2000. It adds up fast but I am sure it looks great Jesse.
Enjoy that porch. I love to sit outside on mine. We just bought a fire table since we are stuck at home. Bill and I love sitting out there at night.
