i bought a New Toilet a few weeks ago to go in my Bathroom and i hired a Guy Down the Road to help me install it and We Messed it up big time So i Got a Plumber Out Monday and he Fixed it right and was actualy Fairly Reasonable with His Price and he also Told Me about a Guy Near Him That Does Construction Work and said he is Reasonable with his Price , My Back Porch is Sinking and needs all the plywood in the Floor Replaced and Some Floor Sills will need REDONE and a New Hot Water Heater Installed , He Showed Up This Morning with a Helper and They Are Ripping The Porch Up and its in Worse Shape Than i Thought , i just Hope The Woods Rotted From Water Leaking From The Hot Water Heater and is Not Termites Because if it is That Will get Very Costly Treating This Whole House , oh Well i Should Either get the good News or bad news Soon.
