it's really important to have the NOT SURE (or decide later) pile. otherwise you get stopped when you hit a question mark. this way, you set it aside for later decision - it's not gone - and you can keep going thru the rest of the stuff.

then take the trash away
then take the donations away.
now you have space for thinking about the question marks.

having him there, pushed me when I tended to stop and think about certain items. pushed me to at least put them in the NOT SURE pile and keep going.
