first 5-7 days then starts getting better. He has done well with his blood work and kidney/liver functions and has gained weight. He learned if he stays away from certain foods and eats smaller portions he is ok.

He has 1 more treatment on 12/20 so will be ill for Christmas so we are going to celebrate with our Christmas meal on the 16th. After his treatment he will enter a clinical trial for his EGFR mutation NSCLC. Two arms; one observation the other is the TKI Erlotinib. If he is in the drug arm he will take this for 2 years. Either way he is followed with CT scans every 6 months.

Please pray he has no recurrence of disease. Pray he is NED (no evidence of disease) FOREVER!
