They informed me that the second opinion from Johns Hopkins would take 2-3 weeks. I emailed the oncologist and told him with all due respect that is unacceptable. I asked if there was any way he could contact the JH oncologist and speed this up. At Bill's visit on 10/4 he provided me with an email from the oncologist from JH agreeing with their treatment plan. I was not comfortable with how it went down so I called Cleveland Clinic yesterday and I cannot believe how WELL and FAST they worked. She accessed his medical records while I was on the phone with her. She instructed me to get his images which I did/ran all over and got everything. She scheduled us to see a doctor Monday, October 15th at 8am. We are driving up tomorrow and staying close to make the appointment. They needed to see him before he starts a treatment plan. She was an RN and explained they will not stop a treatment in the middle of it unless his disease progresses (please Lord-no) so it was a blessing that we are seeing them Monday.

Please keep praying that his cancer is gone...all removed from the surgery. He will live another 20+ years with me!
