can just barely keep its doors open and feed the animals they have, i'm sorta on my own out here in the rural parts of the county, last year my neighbor had to put his suv in the shop and pay nearly a thousand dollars to fix wires after wild dogs got under the vehicle and chewed stuff up and he called animal control and they did nothing.
