these dogs come over in packs and do so much damage to our property , we tried calling animal control and they said they have no authority out in the county where we live , these animals look like they are about to starve to death and i'm betting none of them have rabies shots , I have tried closing off the building I feed cats in but they keep finding ways to break in and cause lots of damage.
