win , I was out of town on Dec 7th when we had our special election but I still voted by absentee ballot before leaving , in fact I have voted in every election since Jimmy Carter was in office even if its just a small local race , in fact in 1994 I voted for a Woman in a local race here and she won by just 1 vote
