cancel the account when I call, but then allow another. time after time. AND PayPal allows a linked account in my name for each of these. MY NAME. they won't allow me to cancel it because it's associated with a bogus email address to which I don't have the password. they used MY name in the gmail address . so frustrating. I filed with local police but they do NOTHING.
I reported it other places, But no-one cares.

so I refuse to ever use eBay or PayPal again.
