He is now in a cage in the basement, we got the ear thawed out and it is purple but there seems to be heat and I could feel a pulse. We will apply neosporin daily (twice) to it. Will know what the verdict is in about a week if not sooner. His ankle is more swollen than yesterday so will be vet wrapping the joint so he can walk fairly decent but still provide some support. He is not the easiest patient when it comes to anything with his feet (need chainmail to protect yourself from teeth and hind legs kicking all over).
