Well, Pete, our falls are merely life's teaching lessons inviting each of us to rise, and begin again each day we rise from our bed.
Falling seven times, and rising eight times is our growing awareness that it is through trying to succeed that we triumph over any thought that we should not keep on trying, out of fear of falling.
The school of hard knocks prepares every human person for whatever lies ahead, including those moments when taking it on the chin encourages us to wise up to life's more challenging prospects, by learning that it is during our periods of perceived failure that we learn valuable life enhancing lessons, never thought possible when our life was all wine, and roses.
Never underestimate the value of "failure" encouraging each of us to reject the complaints of our ego driven pride, by redoubling our efforts to put right that which inspires us to improve on our earlier efforts. Perceived weakness is merely our strength waiting in the wings, until we have conquered our fear of trying to better the person we were yesterday.

Keep us here in the homeless shelter in your prayers please. There's a lot of need.
