You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.
Wise sages inform us that when we suffer moments, even periods of restlessness when our fears, and anxieties conspire to inflict upon us painful distress there is an avenue open to us enabling us to cope with, and conquer our unease with our more distressing challenges by asking Our Father for His intervention to assist us.
Spending time alone, in silence enables us to open a dialogue with Our Father, patiently waiting for us to ask for His help dealing with our troubles. That conversation will encourage us to trust our interior life's guidance, with our understanding that we are speaking with our closest, and wisest of friends loving us with all that His advice provides for our betterment resolving those matters causing us so much worry.
"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." ~ 1 Peter 5:7
Patience and trust enacting the advice that we receive from our greatest friend contributes to our growing awareness that our anxiety is evaporating, replaced with a confidence born out of our growing faith in Our Father's wise counselling.
The recipient of The Father's advice will day, by day learn to approach The Father's Spirit when ever the need arises for help in the face of overwhelming troubles challenging our capacity to resolve.
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.~ Philippians 4
