Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
It has been established that our spiritual life, our relationship with Our Father rewards us with good health when we accept His invitation to become His friend, when helping those who cross our path.
Our relationship with The Father evidences:
Reducing anxiety, stress, anger and depression
Enhances the quality of our life
Increases feelings of inner peace and hope when our life appears to be testing our resilience to its daily challenges.
For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. ~ Ephesians 2:10
Our self esteem, our feelings of worthiness are enhanced, and emboldened when sacrificing our time, energy, even all our available resources to assist those who by perceived coincidence enter our life needing help.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. ~ Philippians 4:6-7
That chance encounter may well represent The Father's plan inviting us to become His outreach into the lives of those He introduces to us, that we may help them, and in so doing Our Father rewards us with all that His grace provides for our well being.
The Father will call us into His service, by our name that we may understand that His invitation to do all He asks of us, is reserved especially for each, and every person He calls
God doesn't count us; he calls us by name. Arithmetic is not his focus. ~ Romans 9:28
Many people are surprised when within their thoughts they begin to hear a voice calling them by their name, asking them to listen carefully to the request that is being made...to do all that The Father's Spirit is asking us to undertake.
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy. ~ 1 Peter 2:9-10
