Many years ago when a student in London a Welsh friend (David) invited me to dinner at his home to meet an acquaintance and gifted astrologist, Stephen. David was aware from his time knowing me that I possessed ESP gifts that might help him unravel the mystery of Stephen's astrological skills. David was the son of a Jewish teenage migrant from Germany arriving in the UK in July 1939 part of the Kindertransport just before the outbreak of the Second World War, fostered into a family in Cardiff where he married another Jewish refugee.

I am a patient listener offering my birth place, and time, and date of birth leading Stephen to provide me with details of myself that even my good friend David was not privy too. I was reduced to silence. To this day I have no idea how Stephen was able to be so precise.

This introduction leads me back to my previous post when discussing the Three Magi who we are informed were skilled astrologists using charts to plot the arrival of a special child, and King of Israel. Why The Father offers special gifts of this nature to a few, and not many remains a mystery.

Divine Wisdom chooses to work her way into the hearts of those who she can infuence to serve the will of The Divine Mystery. Who she chooses, and why she chooses remains one of those mysteries reserved for those she chooses. In the ancient Hebrew, and Greek languages Divine Wisdom is referenced as a feminine noun.

The Happiness of Seeking Wisdom
20 Happy are those who meditate on wisdom
and who reason intelligently,
21 who reflect in their hearts on her ways
and ponder her secrets,
22 pursuing her like a hunter
and lying in wait on her paths;
23 who peer through her windows
and listen at her doors;
24 who camp near her house
and fasten their tent pegs to her walls;
25 who pitch their tents near her
and so occupy an excellent lodging place;
26 who place their children under her shelter
and lodge under her boughs;
27 who are sheltered by her from the heat
and dwell in the midst of her glory.
