I quote:
Lord, come to my aid!
Though I am afflicted and poor,
yet the LORD thinks of me.
You are my help and my deliverer;
My own experiences have taught me over many years that when I have exhausted all my options to resolve an overwhelming problem, calling out to Our Father for His intervention, and guidance has always rewarded me with the remedy leading me to say, thank you Father for your assistance.
Our Father invites us to enter into our inner room (our interior life) where we may discuss our challenges with our closest friend, with the awareness that His presence in our life provides us with the resolution to all our dilemmas when we do all that He asks of us.
My sheep hear my voice, says the Lord;
I know them, and they follow me.
Our faith in God is the understanding that our loving relationship with Him, will include Our Father asking us to become His outreach into the lives of those who need His assistance. Reciprocation provides us with deepening trust in The Eternal Father's enthusiasm to help us, when all appears lost. It is recognised that reciprocity is that mutual assistance effect present when we respond to an overwhelming feeling, guiding us to assist another who by apparent chance enters our life at a time they are in greatest need of help.
"So in everything, do unto others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets." ~ Matthew 7:12
