I quote:
Blessed are they who have kept the word with a generous heart and yield a harvest through perseverance.
end quote
The Martha, and Mary story teaches us that there is a time for everything when allocating time to listen to our greatest friend, speaking from within our thoughts guiding us how best to live our life. Listening to Our Saviour necessarily leads to doing all that He invites us to do. No one is excused from carrying out the day, to day routines providing for our well being including our working life at home, and in the community where we contribute our efforts through our career.
Persistence provides us with the growing awareness that we are being escorted through our life's daily journey, by the creator of our life guiding us through those ebbs, and flows challenging our patience to surrender to our fear of failing.
Time, after time when close to quiting, our interior person intervenes encouraging us to try again, with newly discovered strength flowing through our veins, as if we had been charged with a fresh supply of courage lubricating our determination to realise our dreams.
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up ~ Galatians 6:9
The tenacious person is contented when barriers appear to frustrate their inspired path, pursuing all that their innermost creativity asks of them. It is in those moments of difficulty that the faithful person understands that they are being assisted, by wise counselling emerging from within their thoughts resolving all that dares to deny them their birthright to move forward into their future.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.
~ Proverbs 3:5-6
