I quote:
Blessed are they who hope in the Lord.
He is like a tree
planted near running water,
that yields its fruit in due season,
and whose leaves never fade.
Whatever he does, prospers

Today's readings speak to the rewards granted to all who respond to Our Father's requests, when enacting into our life all that He asks of us.
The Covenant that exists between God, and His children performs through mutual reciprocation. That which we are invited to share with those in need, will be replaced with sufficient to continue assisting all whom Our Father sends us to reveal His presence in our life.
Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God,
keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments.
~ Deuteronomy 7:9
I am often asked how will we know that Our Father is asking us to perform a favour on His behalf.
When we sacrifice, or share something of value that can assist another, or others in great need.
An overwhelming feeling of needing to assist another, surfaces from within our conscious awareness guiding us how best to reflect The Father's direction, to do all that He asks of us.
The Helper (The Holy Spirit) will supply all our needs, and more when we freely choose to accept the invitation of Our Father to become His outreach into the lives of those He sends to us to help in their hour of need.
"Then they will reply, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison and didn’t do anything to help you?' Then he will answer, 'I assure you that when you haven't done it for one of the least of these, you haven't done it for me.'"
