I quote:
Upright is the word of the LORD,
and all his works are trustworthy.
He loves justice and right;
of the kindness of the LORD the earth is full.

Today's reflections invite us to ponder on the role of the servant assisting another human person who by chance, or by design enters our orbit seeking our help. That care may need more than our words.
"Actions speak louder than words; let your words teach and your actions speak." - Anthony of Padua.
Kind words matter sufficiently to do more than offer wise advice to the person seeking clarity on what they must do, to resolve the dilemma pressing them into deep depression. Human companionship is never lost on those lonely souls lacking the warmth of human friendship.
The most terrible poverty is loneliness, and the feeling of being unloved. ~ Mother Teresa
Solitude is a blessing for many who wish to retreat from the madding crowd, for sufficient time to recover from their over indulgence in human relationships. Aloneness becomes the awareness that ones thoughts can clarify all that has driven them into a reclusive state.
Jesus speaks clearly that He enters our life to serve our needs, when we choose to do all that He asks of us. Our Saviour's outreach into the life of The Father's children invites each of us to become the servant, reflecting the love of Our Father reaching out to all in need of being supported, and loved to overflowing.
The Lord is knocking at the door of our hearts. Have we put a sign on the door saying: 'Do not disturb'? ~ Pope Francis
