Hearing leads us to listening to all that benefits us in our moments of silence.
In our moments of silence we are able to hear all that we need to hear speaking to us from our innermost being.
Puzzlement is said to be the beginning of wisdom whenever we make room for silence providing us with the opportunity to learn how best to resolve those issues that are puzzling us into silence.

The road of hard knocks is a constant reminder that our learning experiences can be a bitter teacher, sufficient to understand that we have much to learn. Falling and rising to face life's challenges day, after day may well be understood as a process of illumination providing sustenance in those moments when we think that our journey is overwhelming our capacity to cope.
Our experiences also teach us that the remedies to our life's hardships will often appear out of the blue, so to speak empowering us to walk the extra mile just as we were about to surrender to our fear that we had lost the way.
