2 Corinthians 9:6-8
The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.
Each morning we rise from our sleep life offers us a blank sheet to write our life's story for the day just opening to welcome us.
Thanking Our Heavenly Father for the gift of another day provides us with the opportunity to do more than utter words, for in response to our thanks we receive a reply from Our Father, inviting us let Him show us how best to evidence our gratitude for all the privileges that we take for granted are ours by right of passage.
Our actions should match our words.
A wise person will always ponder on the thought that nothing we receive should be taken for granted, there being an awareness that The Father gives freely, that we may share our excess with those who by the appearance of chance enter our life.
Our abundance is daily being created by all that we share with those who are the recipients of Our Father's gifts, presented to us to reach those He asks us to assist. We become Our Father's outreach to our fellow travellers when we embrace The Father's invitation to dine at His banqueting table, that we may participate in all that He provides for those called into His service of loving thanksgiving.
Remember that when you leave this earth, you can take with you nothing that you have received - only what you have given:
a full heart, enriched by honest service, love, sacrifice and courage.~ Francis of Assisi
