― Seneca
Gratitude for our sufficiency is our daily, growing awareness that when we cooperate with our inner life, we want for nothing.
For those who believe, and trust the presence of the divine mystery an understanding grows through participating with The Saviour's call to let Him provide all our needs, that we come to know Him as our most generous of friends, when we in our turn respond to His requests to share our good fortune with those He introduces to us, that we may become His outreach to the less fortunate person also invited to dine at Our Father's banqueting table at a place reserved next to us.
To be grateful is to recognize the Love of God in everything He has given us - and He has given us everything. Every breath we draw is a gift of His love, every moment of existence is a grace, for it brings with it immense graces from Him.
