Losing oneself to find ones real self takes much more than the belief that isolation opens us up to the prospect of discovering the person residing within. Those moments of silence, and aloneness encourages the pioneer of life's mysteries to look within, wherein lives the real self. Life takes on a new perspective, leading the discerning person to discover more of who they are becoming.

Robinson Crusoe would learn through experience that his survival would depend entirely upon his determination to do more than build a shelter, and scavenge for food when learning that his exile enabled him to begin exploring his innermost resources waiting for him to begin cooperating.

When we look within we begin the life long process of learning, that we have much to learn leading us to dispense with the belief that we know, or thought we knew what our life is all about. We begin to live with the growing awareness that our rebirth is just the beginning of entry into new life in the care of The Saviour.
