I quote:
Gospel: John 14: 15-21
15 If you love me, keep my commandments.
16 And I will ask the Father, and he shall give you another Paraclete, that he may abide with you for ever.
17 The spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, nor knoweth him: but you shall know him; because he shall abide with you, and shall be in you.

Abide (1) is an all embracing term, for it crystalises in one simple word, the presence of The One who loves us, with the love of Our Father.

Often described as a careless lab technician, Alexander Fleming returned from a fortnight's holiday to discover that a mould had developed on an accidentally contaminated staphylococcus culture plate. Upon examination of the mould, he noticed that the culture prevented the growth of staphylococci.
Published reports credit Alexander Fleming as saying: “One sometimes finds what one is not looking for. When I woke up just after dawn on Sept. 28, 1928, I certainly didn’t plan to revolutionize all medicine by discovering the world’s first antibiotic, or bacteria killer."
Fortuitous chance may well speak volumes. Others may argue that it was an accident waiting to happen.
