One of the best ways to get over your worries, and woes is to support people who are worse off especially that elderly neighbour who might just appreciate assistance that lifts them out of a dilemma.
Treks down memory lane are rewarded with a growing awareness that the divine mystery intervenes in our life to lift us out of our self imposed periods of doubt, and fear of the unknown to set us on a constructive path leading us safely out of our anxieties.
Twenty minutes each day spent in contemplative silence can lift our mood, vent our frustrations, and fears sufficiently to fill our thoughts with the understanding that this too shall pass, with patience growing resilience to all that conspires to disrupt our happiness and well being.
