The Pentecost event also records speaking in tongues, in other words foreign languages.
The Holy Spirit exercised His control over everyone present empowering them to speak in languages that could be understood by the assembled crowd, that all who were listening would understand The Good News being communicated, reflecting Our Father's request:
“The stranger who resides with you shall be to you as the native among you, and you shall love him as yourself, for you were aliens in the land of Egypt; I am the LORD your God.”
~ Leviticus 19:34
The Spirit of Our Father reaffirms His love and dedication to serve all peoples, cultures, promoting all languages without exception. All human life is included. Inclusiveness is God's invitation to every human person never to create barriers, rather build bridges reflecting Our Father's love for every human person.
Note that Our Father does not demand the foreigner speak the language common to The Apostles (Aramaic) rather leads the assembly to speak the languages of the foreigners. In fact The Holy Spirit does not demand the outsider (strangers, or foreigners) move forward, rather empowers His believers to reach out to all who hear, and listen to the words of life being spoken for the benefit of the entire human race. No exceptions.
The Word became a human being and lived here with us. We saw his true glory, the glory of the only Son of the Father.
From him all the kindness
and all the truth of God
have come down to us.
~John 1:14
