The Spirit of God is known by several names including The Helper, each representing the outreach of The Father into the life of every human person.
It is noteworthy that when practical help is needed a helper appears out of the crowd to offer assistance. That helper goes about their work doing the needful as if they had been positioned specially to deal with the matter that had attracted their involvement. The helper always stand out when intervening, as if their presence had been predetermined to be in the right place, at the right time to offer their practical support.

In the parable of The Good Samaritan the mugging victim received help from a passing Samaritan, whose intervention testifies to a complete stranger behaving as if the victim were a close family member.
Helpers are often inspired by the plight of helpless people propelling them to do more than become another onlooker. When asked why they felt the necessity to step in to assist a victim of life's cruelties, the predictable reply is: I could do no less, for I might have been the victim needing assistance.
Our Father's appeal to us, is also a matter of embracing the inspiration that motivates us to do the right thing, when faced with circumstances that invite us to do more than walk by, or pretend that it's not our business.
When Jesus of Nazareth was approached by those in need of His practical intervention to assist them, He stopped and treated them as if they were His most beloved friends.
And as you wish that others would do to you, do so to them. ~Luke 6:31
