The temptation to panic when faced with an overwhelming misfortune leads many down a lonely road to disaster.
The Father asks us to approach Him, seeking assistance, whenever we are distressed by circumstances that are about to spiral out of control.
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” ~ Proverbs 3:5-6
The Helper will choose His timing, and His method to assist all, who in desperation approach God with a humble heart.
The urgency of the petitioner's crisis is never lost on The Father when He replies to us, with a willingness to help us in a manner that benefits us over the long term.
Our Father rewards the modest person with patience, leading to endurance encouraging the development of resilience to all that attempts to destroy the will of those who place their faith in the hands of The Lord.
Perseverance under trial initiates the growth of trust, and forbearance sufficient to inspire the trusting child of God to understand that all will be well, knowing that Our Father is watching over our every need.
