Personal responsibility is a matter of choice for the healthy person able to do all that we need to make our life's journey worth our time spent living.
There will be moments when events appear to overwhelm us with self pity angrily pointing the finger; our blame game fixing responsibility on others. A witch hunt more often, or not ensures that a scapegoat is created ensuring we do not assume responsibility for our own poor decisions.
