Stepping Out in Tulsa was done by Becky Geis. We struck up a friendship many years ago and I am fortunate enough to have several of her designs. She quit making outfits and we kept in touch for a few years but I haven't kept up since and have no idea if she reads the boards. I know she used to.

I treasure what I have of hers, she was one of my very favorite designers in those early day.

I could go on and on, but, please post who some of your favorites were from those days that retired.

I have a couple very special ones she did as well. You are so right!

We had so much beauty created for Gene back then.

Yes! Pam's mom had a beautiful hand and her ribbon embroidery was fantastic. Hazel's too!
