one of my dolls head keeps falling off. It leaves the loop at the top of the neck so I figure that needs to be turned a little the put the head back on facing to the left or right and if I then turn in facing forward that should lock it in place. but it does not work. Anyone know how to fix this?

front to back, put the head on facing front, then grasp the ring and pull it upwards and resettle it going left to right in the head, in the little grooves. If that is unclear George will fix you right up. Becky's right, he may even have a youtube on it, he did them for several things. Hope that helps.
