Tonner doll question

Did Robert Tonner make a blue haired ghost doll or gothic doll based on an animated movie character? Maybe using the Evangeline mold? I seem to remember one in a tattered type ghost outfit. It's driving e nuts. I know it is not an Ellowyne doll too.

Actually, I found an old listing and she was a 16" doll >>

so she kind of looks like Evangeline, but she's not on the EG body.

I kind of remember a blue hair doll ... maybe from outer space? LOL. Something odd.
