Question on JamieShow fashion

Hi,
I've been changing over my Genes and friends into spring/summer fashions. This includes the JS Glam Retro gals Liz and Christine. I put the "Memory of Love", look 07, on Christine. It's great, but the matching nice shoes do not fit! I even tried them on a nylon-less foot but no go. They are at least a couple of mm short. Has anyone else had this problem? This outfit is the floral sheath with large straw hat and tote with flowers inside and a wine bottle. Even one of the earrings broke before I even tried to put it on the doll. For the amount of $$ charged for this fashion, all components should be perfect, imo.
Even more annoying was trying to contact George at JS. I got the email form all set and when I tried to send it, it refused saying I had to follow the format. What format? I filled in all the requested blanks. I resorted to a phone call and was directed to voicemail. Very frustrated here! Any words of wisdom from this group?

Obviously not too hot like when you change a head. But I was able to get them on even with pantyhose. If I can do it you can do it.

There seems to be quite a range of foot sizes on the JS regular & JS Gene dolls

I blamed myself since she is so much older so I am surprised to hear it about a newer doll as well.

JS never answered my email about magnet replacement. Not the end of the world but still annoying.

I think I did see an answer from somebody regarding magnet replacement. I don't recall if it was

here or on one of the FB JS pages. I seem to recall the answer included the size and to get them at Hobby Lobby or Michaels.

I just reordered some magnets, the size was 3mm x 1mm (msg)

Sometimes I've had to use two but I'd rather that than have them too big. Others may use a different size.
