TSC Card Exchange: an update from this long-missing member

Despite all that’s been going on and now a cranky dying laptop, my cards finally went in the mail early this morning. I’ve received many from you and decided to hoard them as motivation to get mine sent. Tonight when I get home, I plan to have an open-the-cards party to savor each one.

If you were part of the Exchange last year, you may remember Kay’s card with the retro shopping street scene. A big thanks to Kay, not only for organizing the event but also providing my inspiration for this year. Enjoy!

I have double the amount of doll cards now so I’m sending some extra cards to TSCers on past Christmas lists who are not on this year’s list. I guess the cards will be from the Ghost of Christmas.

I was tempted to send some to some non-doll friends but don’t think I can do it, haha

I love the cards too. I’d say the longer the cards come in the better. Fun lasts all month!

I mailed early, but most came back to me damaged or scanned backwards

It was surprising to me how the time evaporated and I still hadn't completed my tasks. So, Sunday was spent making up for time not previously invested. Besides the Studio Exchange, there were lots of non-doll collectors with whom I exchange cards. It was a 'grit your teeth and get it done' day, but it's also true that I felt much better once the cards were traveling.

I do like the card exchange and I always like your miniatures. Thanks for all your work over the years, Patsy, you've made lots of people very happy.
