When those who have bought from George Gonzalez pay the
invoices, do you get a confirmation of payment. Also, has
George's phone # changed?
I am asking because I got a call from a # I didn't recognize as a shop
and I called it back and the person answering said it was Jaimieshow
and the message sent to me wanted me to cancel my payment and
redo my payment. The person identified as George Gonzalez saying
he was having an issue with his PayPal account. I told him I don't use PayPal bcause I have had issues with PayPal as well.

I spoke to Georg today letting him know some were having difficulties reaching Jamie Show. He asked me to post this info...

"I’m not on studio commissary anymore. I don’t even know if I still have access but if you would be so kind as to let people know that they can contact us through the websites contact page or through the chat but on any page on the website and that unfortunately, we have been experiencing problems with our email server, which is why we have the chat and the contact us page to direct our emails. I would appreciate if you would get that message up. I posted on all my Facebook pages".

I paid my balances last week, not through PayPal though, just my debit card through ShopPay >>>

I get confirmation of payments directly from the Shop app, plus updates as to shipping, tracking etc. as well as the tracking info George sends out. So, my payment confirmations came directly through Shop, and my orders on the website show all paid up.

I've been trying to contact George via email and phone for over 10 days

Have you contacted him through the link ON the JS site? I’ve always got a quick response.

I did not receive a confirmation email for the balance paid. However, when I log into my account & click on the specific order it shows the details under payments. It lists my deposit amount & date paid in April & the balance amount & date paid in October. I hope that helps.

But my account looks updated so I hope all is well. I have had issues before. But I would call Jamieshow to see what's up if I had received a call like that.

No links from emails or texts, directly. You can see your payment there. I paid mine through PP from George’s invoice and had no problems. You can also send him a message through the site, not a phone call.

When you go to your account on Jamieshow USA, there will be a check mark next to your order showing payment went through. You can also go directly to PP and look under money sent. It will show received next to JS.
I’ve always found George to be very responsive to messages I’ve sent him. If you have any doubts I’d just use his Contact Us link on the site.
