So nice to see closeups. Is the first one material or embrodiery and beading. I can't tell

Kay, All three dresses are amazing!

It is embroidery and beading! Apparently Sandra wanted to do this one for years and the factory>>

got it perfect after, I think, being given a pattern for the placement of the hollys.
