the first dolls I ever really liked....had no interest in anything other than books, teddies, paperdolls and models and jigsaws as a child.

Night at Versailles is still my all time favourite.

Oh for the days when I used to think that having a blonde, auburn and brunette Gene would be enough and the only thing missing was the not yet produced raven haired doll!

I remember those days! The first raven was at my first Gene convention. Great memories here.

That was my first USA doll convention too.

Lovely examples of the AD years. Truly wonderful and definitely opened up a world of imagination.
