I loved the Lego Vespa you shared and decided to get it for Gene. Ordered from Amazon and they sent me (in the correct shipper) a Marvel Guardian of the Galaxy space ship. Interesting, but not too useful for Gene. I got the Vespa on the second try and decided it would be my Saturday project. Ten hours later I have a mostly complete scooter. I have never, ever put any Lego together before, but I now know why parents pay to have it done.
In the end, I am tickled with the outcome-thanks, Sandy!!!!

those tiny pieces can really tire out my eyes. But the creativity those designers employ blows my mind. I generally build the city buildings series...like little doll houses!

Okay some of the reviews mention it falls apart easily. Are y’all gluing it?

Lego is not generally known for falling apart easily.

As it was my first ever Lego, there was lots of redo, so glue would have been a bad idea for me >>

I did glue the front wheel cover together when I was done but everything else seems okay.

Mine stayed together just fine, but it is not like I am driving it around! LOL

When people tell me I’ll regret not having kids, I say that’s okay I know a really good place to cry. It’s my vacation home.
