I had the most wonderful time in Atlanta, particularly meeting so many of my Commissary friends in the flesh! The hugs were abundant! I had planned to take many photos and post daily my newcomer's version of an SSP event. Unfortunately, I found out my phone could not upload to this site, not that I took many photos. I was so in awe of everything around me, I forgot to take them!
One thing I did manage was to have a room sale. On Monday afternoon, after the tour, I opened the room for business. I brought about 40 items, from frocks, to cocktail dresses, gowns, and matching Trent and Gene outfits.
For a first time event I think it went well - I nearly sold out! Of course I was lucky in that I was the only one selling OOAK outfits. Patsy had a room sale to sell off some of her mother's collection, and Marcia had Shoes, Bags, Games, and other wonderful things.
I have a few things left over, so I will be listing them on the sales page.
I will continue to post a few each week. This week is silk and brocaid. Next week is Gene and Trent sets. Stay tuned!Bryan in Florida aka periodsoftime on Ebay bryanphopper@aol.com
I second everything Bryan says about the event! I to was a first timer. I went to Bryan's room sale

and was thrilled to meet him and see his beautiful work! The best thing I can say, to tell you all how outstanding his tailoring is, I purchased a matching casual set for Gene and Trent. Pictures to come. I don't own a Trent, but, the outfits were so lovely, I purchased them anyway. LOL!! Now, I have to buy a Trent, so he can wear Bryan's beautiful clothing!!
Room sales are such fun!
