I am anxiously awaiting my first SSP event. Any suggestions how to make it better??

I second Kelly's tip...and yes, it is easy to go overboard with ordering Ha ha ha!

Bring a travel doll and a few fashions. It’s always exciting to put the outfits we receive at meals on a doll immediately. And folks like to bring their dolls to meals and decorate their table. I always enjoy walking around and seeing the fabulous looks.

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. No need to dress up if you don’t want to. Comfort is key.

Get some sleep!! Sandra packs a lot into the event, it starts early with breakfast and can go late with a movie night or the raffle. Do not underestimate the power of a quick nap or a good nights sleep.

If you order extra clothes…haha IF, what am I talking about…you WILL order extra fashions, keep track. I like to take a photo of each fashion I order and I took photos of the ordering checklist you give to Sandra. It’s saved me endless worries about did I get everything.

It’s super easy to go overboard in ordering! You can almost always add something later.

Hang out in the lobby or the bar during off times. There’s always someone around, or a group. Don’t be shy about asking to join them! I think the casual hang out times are the best. Relaxed and lots of laughs.

School two hours late. No morning Kindergarten.

Better to leave room for all of the fashions and treasures you'll bring home. Also, don't forget a travel doll or two!

It's going to be a whirlwind, but take some time to enjoy the people you are with!

Just be prepared to have fun and spend more than you originally planned, so many tempting fashions!>

Don't worry about what to wear.... just be comfortable.
