Getting ready for SSP in Atlanta a month from now!

I have been BUSY finishing up this school year...a very challenging goup of Freshmen I got this year...it has been a ROUGH school year...BUT, this coming week is the last week with Final Exam prep until the actual tests at the end of the week...then it is OVER!

I thought of a theme for table dolls to take to SSP next month, so I have been busy today trying to find the outfits I have in mind and match them up to dolls to pack...I am looking forward to enjoying my tablemates this year and all the fun of seeing everyone again! I am definitely looking forward to the tours, as always...not sure exactly what they are yet, but I am sure they will be amazing! I have never been to Atlanta before, so i am looking forward to seeing the sites of this historic city.

I still desperately need a new laptop, so I have not been posting pica in a long time...for some reason this computer rarely lets me do it on this site...yes, this laptop has many issues! BUT, I do lurk here still when I have time...and I hope to get a new computer this summer...i want to revisit many older dolls and items this summer as I start to sort through things to keep, sell, or give away...trying to downsize a bit as I slowly head towards retirement!

I always enjoy our conversations...you are an amazing lady! I have never been to Atlanta before, just driven past it a few times to isit my sister when she lived near Pensacola, FL...so I am really looking forward to seeing the sites there...and hoping it is not too hot...I hate hot weather!

Good times ahead for you in Atlanta!

I won't be there, as this SSP event overlaps the schedule of the MADC "100 Years of Alexander Dolls" Convention, which is in Indianapolis, strangely, as I was there with SSP, last year.

Hope your lap top will be coming soon. We all miss your pictures!

when I saw it would be held in Atlanta I told my husband I was finally going to attend an SSP event. Then I saw the dates and my bubble burst. Well, kind of. I’ll be in Alaska for two weeks with my sister so I guess I shouldn’t complain. But I can only imagine the beautiful gowns Sandra has in mind and the wonderful Atlanta tours. I’m so looking forward to all attendee pictures and write-ups.

Same except I wont be going to Alaska, just bad timing on my end. I want to go one day too !
