In her extra time, Gene puts her efforts toward preparing Valentines for patients at a nearby hospital.

Madra, on the other hand, concentrates her energy on other endeavors.

Gosh I remember those little valentines at school.

School two hours late. No morning Kindergarten.

So do I - with too many addressed to me as "Pasty"!

In northern MN a “pasty” is a ground meat and potato hand pie.
The ore miners used to stick them in their pockets for lunch.
They are still sold at bakeries or made at home.

School two hours late. No morning Kindergarten.

Fortunately, we enjoyed them immensely during our long road trips >>>

when I was little. That's what I try to think of when I see my name spelled wrong! Yes, it still happens...alas!
