Ellowyne is wearing t-shirt, dress and boots from The Virtual Doll Convention.

The wooden dolls are Japanese Kokeshi dolls. They have been in the family since at least the 1950s.

The miniature painting is by Jim Faraone. I won it in a raffle at the 2017 IFDC convention.
