Now having said that - in the past I've had to wait WELL PAST the expected wait time when the item was ordered. I'm talking sometimes twice as long. Eventually I hear from him and I get the item. I know that I'm not the only person on this board to experience this problem. I don't understand why he just doesn't say it's going to take 18 weeks if that's what it takes rather than saying 9 weeks and leaving us hanging for 9 more weeks. (time periods are for example only as I don't remember my exact time frames).
